As far as disputes are concerned, the instalment payment plan for the fees is also set forth in agreements, after they have been negotiated separately with each client.
The costs corresponding to the activity performed by lawyer (stamp taxes, court stamps, expert
fees, executor or notary, the costs related to transport, accommodation and meals, if the lawyer has
to go to another place and other such costs) will be incurred by client, separately from the payment
of the lawyer's fees. Supporting documents will be submitted for such costs.
